Terms of use

These terms govern NHScore’s free consumer tools, optional introductions, and paid market sponsorships.

1. Agreement

By using NHScore, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 to submit a contact request or purchase a sponsorship.

2. Information, not professional advice

NHScore provides general educational information and a preference-matching tool. Scores and profiles are broad, subjective starting points. They are not appraisals, housing recommendations, safety guarantees, school guarantees, legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, or real-estate brokerage services. Verify property, title, zoning, permits, inspections, insurance, flood risk, evacuation zone, taxes, school assignment, commute, and public-safety information with current authoritative sources and qualified professionals.

3. Matching limitations

A compatibility number shows mathematical similarity between submitted preferences and an area profile. It is not a probability or factual quality score. Neighborhood conditions and informal boundaries vary. NHScore may add, remove, or revise areas and model rules.

4. Optional professional introductions

Submitting a request authorizes NHScore to share the displayed information with the identified active market sponsor, if available. The sponsor is an independent business, not an NHScore employee or agent. NHScore does not endorse, supervise, or guarantee the sponsor’s advice, availability, licensing status, conduct, service, or transaction outcome. You are responsible for evaluating any professional.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, scrape or resell personal information, probe security, submit false contact or license information, interfere with rate limits, infringe rights, discriminate, steer, or use NHScore to violate housing, advertising, privacy, or other law.

6. Sponsor subscription

An approved sponsor pays $149 per month, plus applicable taxes, for the active sponsor position in the selected market during the paid subscription term. Payment is processed by Stripe and renews automatically until canceled. A sponsorship provides eligibility for consumer-requested introductions and an approved profile; it does not buy contact information and does not create a brokerage or referral relationship with NHScore.

No volume guarantee

NHScore makes no promise about traffic, impressions, requests, closed transactions, revenue, exclusivity outside NHScore, or any minimum number or quality of introductions. Demand can be zero.

Market position and approval

There is at most one active sponsor position per listed market. Checkout availability is not final until payment and onboarding are verified. NHScore may reject, pause, or remove a sponsor for inaccurate information, licensing concerns, nonpayment, discrimination, privacy abuse, consumer harm, or legal risk. If NHScore rejects an otherwise compliant new sponsor before activation, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are nonrefundable and partial periods are not prorated.

Sponsor responsibilities

Sponsors must maintain required licenses, disclose brokerage and advertising information, keep profiles accurate, protect consumer data, use an introduction only for the requested purpose, honor opt-outs, comply with fair housing and telemarketing rules, and avoid unrequested automated outreach. Sponsor may not sell or transfer an NHScore introduction.

7. Intellectual property

NHScore’s brand, design, editorial content, model presentation, and software are owned by NHScore or its licensors. You may link to public pages and use the service personally. No other license is granted.

8. Third-party services and links

Public-agency links, Stripe, sponsors, and other third parties operate under their own terms. NHScore is not responsible for external content or availability.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, noninfringement, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NHScore and its officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. NHScore’s total liability for a paid sponsor claim will not exceed fees the sponsor paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; for free use, the cap is $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so they apply only to the extent lawful.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify NHScore from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, submitted content, professional services, discrimination, privacy violations, or breach of these terms.

11. Changes and termination

NHScore may modify or discontinue features. Material subscription changes will be posted before the next renewal when reasonably possible. We may suspend access for violations or security risk.
