The active sponsor gets one structured introduction. If there is no sponsor, the consumer is told that clearly.

Consent is specific. The user sees who may receive their information and must actively agree.

Plain-English terms
Is there a lead guarantee?
No. Traffic and consumer demand vary. The subscription reserves the single active sponsor position and routes eligible requests while the subscription is active; it does not promise a minimum number or value of introductions.
Who can sponsor a market?
Licensed real-estate professionals and other approved local housing professionals may apply. You are responsible for accurate license, brokerage, advertising, and profile information.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe. Cancellation stops renewal; the market can return to available when the paid period ends.
What information is included?
Only the details the consumer submits after results: name, chosen contact method, optional phone, timing, notes, and their top matches. Quiz answers are not shared unless the consent screen says so.
What if Tampa is already sponsored?
Join the waitlist. NHScore can notify you if the position becomes available. Joining a waitlist does not reserve the market or start billing.
